Sandwich Loaf


  • Jumbo size bread (horizontal cut pieces)
  • Tomatoes 2 (sliced)
  • Cucumber 1 (sliced)
  • Green chili sauce
  • Boiled Egg (mashed) 2
  • Butter 8 ounce
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1/2 tsp
  • Chicken 2 breasts
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
  • Ketchup 1 tbsp
  • Wooster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • For icing:
  • Curd cheese 1 cup
  • White pepper 3/4 tsp
  • Salt 3/4 tsp
  • Caster sugar 1 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 1 cup
  • Cream cheese 500 gm

Cooking Directions

  1. Marinate chicken with salt, black pepper, mustard powder, ketchup, Wooster sauce and vinegar.
  2. Pour 1 tbsp oil in a pan and cook this marinated chicken by placing lid over it.
  3. Cook for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Thickly shred cooked chicken once it’s cooled.
  5. Beat butter with salt, lemon juice, black pepper and mustard paste till it become fluffy.
  6. Spread this butter on each side of bread and than spread green chili sauce.
  7. Place butter side bread over this green chili sauce and spread mayonnaise on the other side of bread.
  8. Place mashed or sliced egg on the bread.
  9. Place another bread slice over it and spread ketchup on its top.
  10. Place sliced tomatoes over ketchup.
  11. Place another slice over it and spread butter mixture over the bread.
  12. Place cucumbers over this bread slice.
  13. Sprinkle salt and black pepper over it.
  14. Place another slice over it and spread mayonnaise on its top.
  15. Place shredded chicken on its top.
  16. Place last slice of bread over chicken and cover this sandwich in a clean cloth.
  17. Place covered sandwich in the freezer for some time.
  18. Beat curd cheese with salt, white pepper and caster sugar.
  19. Separately beat fresh cream and cream cheese.
  20. Now beat all of them together and than spread it over bread sandwich.
  21. Cover all sides of sandwich with it.
  22. Garnish with red cabbage, white cabbage, bitter ground, olives and cherries.
  23. Freeze it for 1 hour and take out of freezer half an hour before of serving.
