2 Minute French Toast in a Cup


  • Bread slices 2
  • Egg 1
  • Milk 2 oz or 4 tbsp
  • Cinnamon ¼ tsp
  • Butter for greasing cup
  • Vanilla extract a drop

 Cooking Directions

  1. Cut up bread slices in tiny squares.
  2. Add a tsp of butter in cup and grease your cup with it.
  3. Now put bread squares into greased cup.
  4. In a bowl add beaten egg, milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract mix together all.
  5. Pour over this mixture on the bread cup and rest for a while till bread absorb mixture well.
  6. Now microwave for about 2 minutes or till egg cooked and no moisten remains.
  7. Pour some honey or syrup and enjoy.
